Postal Guide

1.

Package your film

Package your film securely, we recommend using a well padded envelope or box to ensure your film reaches us safely.

Please don't use a paper envelope to package your film, these are very prone to ripping in transit when used to package anything other than a letter, unfortunately this has sometimes resulted in film getting lost in transit.

2.

Include your order number

Make sure to include your order number so we can associate your film to your order. Your order number will be on your confirmation email / order confrimation. Either write your order number on a piece of paper and include it inside your package or write your order number clearly on the exterior of your package.

3.

Address your package

Write our address clearly on the package.

Come Through Lab
84 Silk Street
Manchester
M4 6BJ

4.

Post your package

We recommend taking your parcel to the Post Office to ensure the correct postage is applied, usually a stamp is not sufficient and most film needs to be sent as a small parcel. If insufficient postage is applied this will result in your package being held by the Post Office until we pay a fee to have it released and delivered, this fee will then be invoiced to you.

If you would like to keep track of your parcel while it makes its way to us we recommend you opt for a tracked delivery method.

5.

Leave the rest to us

Once your film arrives at the lab we will send an email confirming its arrival, your order will then be put into production.
