All of our Giclée papers are acid free and meet the highest archival requirements. To find out more about our range of Giclée papers please see our paper guide.
Once you have placed your order please send us your files via WeTransfer, make sure to include your name and order number. Please read our print ordering guide to ensure your files are correctly prepped.
If you require a custom print size or a bulk order please contact us and we can discuss your needs and arrange a quote.
Any print larger than 14 x 11" will be rolled and tubed for posting.
Our turnaround time for Giclée prints is 2 - 3 working days. Please note the turnaround time measures from the point we receive your files via WeTransfer until the point your prints are ready for shipment or collection.
How To Order
Place Your Order
Simply choose your paper type, choose your print size, and checkout.
Upload Your Files
Please size your images to your desired print print size including any borders at 300dpi, we always work in the Adobe RGB (1998) colour space.
If you are ordering multiple prints on different paper types or in different sizes please organise your files into named folders indicating the print size and paper type, or clearly explain your requirements in the message section on WeTransfer.
WeTransfer your files over to hello@comethroughlab.com with your name and order number.
Receive Your Prints
Once we receive your files we will then check the files on screen to ensure they are good to go, if we have any queries or problems we will get in touch.
The files are then printed, trimmed and packaged ready for either collection or post.
