Track Brewing Co & Come Through Lab are excited to bring you a brand new photography competition.

We are asking you to submit one piece of work that you think best captures the title: 'Moments of... Connection'

Images will be judged on their strength in response to the theme, we want to see a broad interpretation of connection, this can be a conceptual or literal interpretation. We all have a connection to our photographs and the subjects we decide to document, we would love to see deep and meaningful portrayal of not only what connects us to our photographs, but also what connects us to each other as well as the things that connect us on broader universal scale. 

This can be as simple as your connection to a scene, the person being photographed or simply a captured moment of connection, we are intentionally keeping this broad and open, images can be shot on any medium - film and digital images are both welcome, we are also welcoming alternative processes, as long as the images are digitised and can be reproduced in print. 

The competition will be judged by our friends and some of our favourite Manchester based photographers:

Judges will select 5 submitted works for exhibition on the evening, all submissions that are selected for exhibition will be printed and framed at 20” x 24” in house by Come Through Lab. We will speak with each of the finalists once selected to discuss print options and how they wish to display their work within the 20" x 24" frame.

The 5 selected works will be exhibited at the Moments of... Connection Exhibition at the Track Taproom. The overall winner will be announced at the Exhibition opening evening at the Track Taproom, April 10th.

All submitted works will be presented in a protected slideshow at the exhibition opening event, which we hope will showcase a great overview of all the things we find connection with. 

1st Prize: £100 Track Gift Card, £100 Come Through Gift Card, Case of Track x Come Through Pale Ale & Framed photo submission printed and framed at 20" x 24"

Runners up Prize: Framed photo submission printed and framed at 20" x 24" & 6 cans of Track x Come Through Pale Ale

The Moments of... Connection exhibition launch event will take place at Track Brewing Co Brewery & Taproom - Thursday 10th April, 6pm til late.

Submissions open until 23:59 Friday 21st March.
